December 1, 2025	Priority deadline for best selection of placement opportunities in both JVC and JVC Northwest
February 9, 2026	Deadline to be included in JVC’s second round. Applicants who are also applying to JVC Northwest will be matched on a rolling basis.
March 23, 2026	Deadline to be included in JVC’s third round. Applicants who are also applying to JVC Northwest will be matched on a rolling basis. Limited placement options available.
April 27, 2026	Deadline to be included in JVC’s fourth round. Applicants who are also applying to JVC Northwest will be matched on a rolling basis. Limited placement options available. Preferred locations may no longer be available.
May 26, 2026	Final deadline to apply for both JVC and JVC Northwest. Applicants will be in JVC’s fifth round and JVC Northwest’s final round of matching. Limited placement options available. Preferred locations may no longer be available.
