| November 18, 2024 | Priority deadline for best selection of placement opportunities in both JVC and JVC Northwest |
| January 6, 2025 | Deadline to be included in JVC Northwest’s first round of matching. Applicants who are also applying to JVC will be in JVC’s second round. |
| February 10, 2025 | Deadline to be included in JVC’s second round. Applicants who are also applying to JVC Northwest will be matched on a rolling basis. |
| March 24, 2025 | Deadline to be included in JVC’s third round. Applicants who are also applying to JVC Northwest will be matched on a rolling basis. Limited placement options available. |
| April 28, 2025 | Final deadline to apply for both JVC and JVC Northwest. Applicants will be in JVC’s fourth round and JVC Northwest’s final round of matching. Limited placement options available. Preferred locations may no longer be available. |
