| December 4, 2023 | First priority deadline for best selection of placement opportunities in both JVC and JVC Northwest |
| January 8, 2024 | Deadline to be included in JVC Northwest’s first round of matching. Applicants who are also applying to JVC will be in JVC’s second round. |
| February 5, 2024 | Deadline to be included in JVC’s second round. Applicants who are also applying to JVC Northwest will be matched on a rolling basis. |
| April 2, 2024 | Deadline to be included in JVC’s third round. Applicants who are also applying to JVC Northwest will be matched on a rolling basis. Limited placement options available. |
